New compact local sweeping machine MC 50 of Kärcher
05.29.09
Of the MC 50 there are two variants: the Classic \ " is conceived as pure sweeping machine; a third side broom is available alternatively. With a 14,6-kW-Dieselmotor and a front wheel drive it is appropriate for upward gradients until 18%. The model Advanced \ " is versatile applicable: The turning deck can be exchanged with few handles by a snow sign or a Mähdeck. Makes possible an efficient employment at all seasons. The mounting kits can be changed in few minutes toolless. With all-wheel drive and 19,2-kW-Dieselantrieb the machine masters easy upward gradients of 25%. Both variants fulfill the exhaust standard of the stage IIIa and reach a driving speed of up to 20 km/h. The 1.09 m narrow machines are particularly agile owing to an internal turning circle of 70 cm. With them one can drive by close lanes, on sidewalks or strongly frequented surfaces. A generously glassed and comfortable cab with roof hatch and heating is standard. The driver’s seat can be adjusted individually; an air conditioning system is alternatively available. Special wishes of the customer can be converted also to the purchase; all Zubehöre and mounting kits can be re-tooled if necessary. In the development phase succeeded by computer simulations optimizing the air flow from the Saugmund to the discharge opening. By its arrangement between the axles in the wheel outline the Saugmund is protected when driving over curbs or pits against damages. The new wear resistant suction system takes turning property by means of negative pressure up to 0,5 m ³ on and very quietly. Already approximately three quarters of engine performance are sufficient, in order to achieve full suction force. Accordingly the fuel consumption and emissions sink in relation to full load enterprise. That preserves the environment and reduces Betriebskosten.Ein of straight lines Saugkanal prevents blockages; the machine takes up voluminöse contamination over an automatically steered rough dirt flap. At side brooms, Saugmund and suction tube water from a 170-l-Tank is sputtered and in this way the dust is bound. With much fine dust and high water requirement is alternatively a water circulation system (50 l) available, which was to be found so far only with large local sweeping machines. The machine is " for the first time on the demo park \; in iron oh issued. First we could inform on a meeting in the monastery pc. Hildegard, coarse home. Sister Scholastica demonstrated here skillfully the easy serving of the local sweeping machine.
