Following the high-quality character of the area the noise protection concept planned a natural noise protection embankment along the Salzwedler road (K115). A goal was it to merge the noise protection better into the landscape. Therefore that is bepflanzt about 500 meters for a long time and up to four meters high embankment northward with wood structures.
The Tensar – solution for the building became the system & Tensar green SG& begun. In order to obtain the wave effect, the steel lattice elements on 80° were preformed, in order to then arrange it in such a way by training of differently deep Bermen that the external inclinations are reached from 50° to 70°. A power transmission by friction was not certified. The system components for this fully begrünbare steep slope system were sketched and/or measured on basis of the existing building situation, with consideration of all relevant ground data and load effects.
