Cake Pans
Question: I just got a wilton 8X3 cake pan to make my cakes in but none of the boxes help with the cooking time, I went to different sites but no help. any ideas?
Answer: All cake recipes give an approximate cooking time. Check the cake with a toothpick 10 minutes before it's supposed to be done, then every 5 minutes. When it comes out clean, it's done.
