Trying to make chocolate candy molds... What do I do?
Question: I was making chocolate candy molds with white chocolate thinking I could color it. When I add the coloring to the chocolate it thickens up my chocolate mixture and wont melt down. Any suggestions on what to do?

Answer: I think the problem is that you are using the discs? The discs are not white chocolate, they are a confectioners coating that is made to taste like white chocolate. Introducing any kind of color to these melted discs will result in a clumpy mess- I found out the hard way! That's
