Question: I am wanting to make snow candy but I don't have any maple syrup. As you may know since I am making snow candy, it is snowing outside and we can't go to the store to get any. But we have a whole mess of honey and I am wondering if I used honey instead would it still taste the
Answer: I would say yes - there may be a taste difference but experimenting is half the fun of baking!

It won't taste the same but go ahead and try it. The consistency is different but it shouldn't make much difference. Give it a shot.
