Very Easy 10 points! Can you substitute honey for maple syrup when making snow candy?
Question: I am wanting to make snow candy but I don't have any maple syrup. As you may know since I am making snow candy, it is snowing outside and we can't go to the store to get any. But we have a whole mess of honey and I am wondering if I used honey instead would it still taste the
Answer: I would say yes - there may be a taste difference but experimenting is half the fun of baking!
