The Milpitas High School Wreath Co. carries a wide range of products to suit a variety of budgets and tastes, and is taking orders through Nov. 26 for any of the following:

-Noble mix wreath: This 24-inch wreath is made from freshly cut noble fir and decorated with clusters of blue berried juniper, cedar, natural cones and a red velvet bow. Price: $25

-Swag: Approximately 20 inches by 25 inches, this is made from freshly cut noble fir, cedar and decorated with natural cones and a red velvet bow. Price: $25

-Centerpiece: Made from freshly cut noble fir, blue berried juniper, cedar, natural cones and decorated with two bows and a 12-inch candle. It sits in a green bowl to allow watering. Price: $15

-Garland: Transform your home with this 12-inch western cedar roping.

This is such a cute sugar free, gluten free and low carbohydrate dessert recipe, and because you’re cute, too (don’t argue with me. This is my site, damn it), you deserve something fun and tiny to take the edge off of those cravings. This recipe is fine for induction, so long as you don’t eat more than a couple a day. The heavy white cream should be limited to two tablespoons per day in Atkins induction. This recipe is also a lot of fun since we’re nearing Valentine’s Day. Serve these to your sweetheart and Cupid’s arrow will strike your thinning heart!

The shells are made from the batter used to make oopsie rolls. Whether you love these as standard buns or not, they make divine cream puffs! If you haven’t tried making oopsie rolls, the use of cupcake pans for this recipe ensures a perfect result. So what are you waiting for?  Blog was right up my street. A surprisingly simple 5 ingredients is all it requires and there’s no faffing around with measuring out micrograms of stuff… you can just chuck eveything into your mixing bowl by the cupful (as Suyin says… just remember to use the same cup to measure throughout ).

As I used ready Roasted & Salted nuts, I had to adapt the recipe slightly as I found they already had quite a lot of oil and salt in them, but do follow her recipe to the letter if using unroasted peanuts.

Ingredients Blend the Peanuts in a food processor until it forms a fine powder (it doesn’t need to be overly fine if you don’t want it that way… in fact, I found having a few imperfect bits gave the cookies a crunchy texture). Add the crushed Peanuts, Flour and Icing Sugar into a large mixing bowl. Mix throughly with a spatula. Pour in the corn oil bit by bit into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients,...
